We’re honored to be able to participate and give back to those who served our country so valiantly.
Our actions and participation in this event is a small token of our thanks to the men and women who served. We are proud to be a part of an industry that recognizes our veterans and the sacrifices they made.
I served four years in the Marine Corps and would consider it an honor to assist in any way with the grounds in Salisbury. I hope to be given the opportunity to help in any way I can to provide a better environment for our nation’s service-people.
My husband is Navy Veteran, My dad is WW2 Navy Vet and father in law is Army WW2 Vet, so we are very honored to participate in this event.. Thank you.

My Grandfather, a vet, boosts morale playing the piano for the troops in the mess hall. The spirit of soldiers past who fought for our freedom lives on in the majestic trees that grace cemeteries across the U.S. I would be deeply honored to climb and help preserve these trees
I would like to be part of the team that will make Veteran cemeteries be safer and look taken care of, and I would like to participate also to gain experience with arboriculture since I am just starting out in this field.
Really excited to help beautify the veteran cemetery. It is honestly the least I could sacrifice for those that make incredible sacrifices for our country.
Virginia Tech offers a world-class education in the science and practice of urban forestry. Me and my students look forward to sharing our time and talents in this noble cause.
I feel honored and humbled to be able to give back to our nations hero’s who have made the ultimate sacrifice for us. I believe that supporting the men and women of the armed forces is the right thing to do and it’s the very LEAST i can give back. They have given all of us the luxuries we all enjoy in life (such as being an arborist), I can’t wait to get involved and hopefully continue to beautify there resting place for many more years.
